Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Because many of our products are produced or harvested in small batches, some items may ship shortly after preparation to ensure freshness and quality.

Delivery Areas

We ship pantry products across Canada.

Fresh mushrooms and other perishable items are currently available through local delivery or pickup in:

• Spruce Grove

• Stony Plain

• Edmonton and surrounding communities

Availability of fresh products may vary depending on harvest cycles.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Any flat-rate or promotional shipping offers will appear during checkout when available.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable Canadian carriers. Depending on destination and package size, shipments may be delivered via:

• Canada Post

• Purolator

• UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on the most efficient delivery option for your order.

Local Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are currently made twice per week:

• Wednesday

• Friday

Delivery availability and fees will appear at checkout based on your address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Spruce Grove on Fridays during a scheduled pickup window. Pickup instructions and the exact location will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Order Cut-Off Times

To be included in the upcoming delivery run, orders must be placed by:

• Tuesday at 6 PM for Wednesday delivery

• Thursday at 6 PM for Friday delivery

Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Packaging

Each order from Fable & Fungi Co. is carefully packed to protect product quality during transit. Fresh mushrooms and small-batch pantry items are packaged to help maintain freshness and arrive in excellent condition.

Because many of our products are delicate and prepared in small batches, packaging may vary depending on the product and season.

Perishable Items

Fresh mushrooms are perishable products. We recommend refrigerating them promptly upon delivery or pickup.

Fable & Fungi Co. cannot guarantee product quality if orders are left outside or unattended for extended periods.

Shipping Delays

Once orders are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fable & Fungi Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
