Refunds and Returns Policy

At Fable & Fungi Co., we take great care in producing and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our items, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Perishable Products

Fresh mushrooms and other perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

Pantry Items

Due to food safety standards, pantry items are also final sale and cannot be returned once they have left our possession.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us at hello@fableandfungi.ca with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos (if applicable)

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery & Storage Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper storage.

Fable & Fungi Co. is not responsible for product quality if items are left unattended or not stored appropriately after delivery.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. However, if an issue occurs, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

Once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
