This hearty Harvest Mushroom Soup Mix brings deep, savoury forest flavours to a warm, comforting bowl. Made with slow-dried oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushroom powder, plus a medley of veggies, herbs, and aromatics — it’s an easy way to enjoy rustic richness at home.

Ingredients
Dried sliced oyster mushrooms, mushroom powder (shiitake), potato flakes, dried onion flakes, dried carrots, dried celery, bouillon powder, Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme), salt, black pepper.
Preparation
Add contents of pouch to a pot with 4 cups water or broth. Bring to gentle simmer and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.
(Optional: add cream, butter, or extra veggies for richness.)
Shelf Life & Storage
Best before 12 months from packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
